We’ll first listen to what happened and look at the information you can safely share. If a paid technical assessment is needed, we’ll explain its scope and price before starting any chargeable work.
Depending on the findings, the next step might be a focused repair, completing an existing project, replacing the website or asking the current provider for a clearer handover.
Recovery can depend on your rights, available credentials, backups, domain ownership and platform restrictions. We can’t promise access to an account controlled by someone else or work around security controls. We’ll tell you what appears feasible before quoting a recovery task.
